Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental condition characterized by difficulty focusing, troubles with impulsivity, and X that leads to difficulties in behavioral and emotional regulation. Similarly, neurodivergence, or neurodiversity, is a term given to people who tend to process information, learn, and communicate differently than most people, and is most commonly attributed to people belonging on the ADHD and autism spectra. Throughout my career, I have acquired a wealth of experience working with people on the neurodivergent, ADHD, and autism spectra, including doctoral training in administering comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for children with these disorders. On a personal note, I can speak from firsthand experience that ADHD is a tough battle due to my own struggles with it. I approach therapy with neurodivergent clients with both person-focused and solutions-focused lenses
